Registration

 Pre-registration   (deadline  July 4th)

 You will receive a confirmation e-mail once you have made your pre-registration. If not, you can do it again and check your e-mail address (with no space).

 Students must provide a certificate proving their status. Please, send a copy of your student card at INSEEAUTO2025@gipsa-lab.grenoble-inp.fr when you pre-register.

 Registration (deadline  July 9th)

 Once the organizers have validated the pre-registration, the registrant will be informed by e-mail of the registration procedure.

 Accommodation and eating facilities

• Daily lunches and the gala dinner are included in the registration fee. Lunch inscription is mandatory only for organisation purpose, but is included in the registration price. If you have any dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan) or food allergies, please be sure to indicate them when you register.
• Accommodation is included in the registration fee. When registering, please indicate whether you need accommodation or not. Participants will be accommodated in shared rooms (from Sunday evening to Friday morning). The proposed hotel will be close to the location of the summer school.

 Payment details

 Registration fees can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. On-site registrations are NOT accepted.

 Bank transfer

• Mention please YOUR NAME and « EEAuto 2025 » in bank transfer details.
• For people from Germany, Switzerland and some Asian countries, we recommend bank transfer if possible. Credit cards from these countries may take an unusually long time to confirm payment.

 Ask your financial manager for the intra-Community VAT rate of the organisation paying your registration fee.

 Invitation letters for visa purposes will only be sent after payment of the registration fee.
